I have booked the hotel for 3 nights in late Mar. However, 2 weeks before my trip to Manila, my partner's grandmum fell and broke her legs. She and I need to take care of her, therefore we decided to cancel our trip without any choice.
As I have paid full charges in advance via TRIP, and TRIP advised me write to the hotel for applying the refund. Though I have provided reason for the cancellation with photo of the grandmun (broken leg), the hotel keeps asking for a medical cetificate. As I have difficulty in obtaining a medical certificate for the third party. Then the hotel rejected my application. I reckon the hotel is not considerated as the incident is beyond our control. and I have advised the hotel more than a week before my check-in date. I will never consider this hotel in future, never!

Facilities: The room is pretty good, which is pretty good at this price, but the hot water is not stable. When taking a shower, it is either too cold or too hot. You have to adjust it all the time. This needs to be improved.
Cleanliness: It is very clean in the same price range. After all, I have stayed in cockroach rooms in hotels of the same price in Manila. I don't have to worry about this problem at Wynwood.
